可用于塑料的荧光增白剂品种有哪些

  我国在最近几年用于塑料的荧光增白剂发展较快,到目前为止已有8个品种投产。塑料荧光增白剂分属四个化学结构类型,即双苯并惩唑类,如C.I.荧光增白剂135、184、185、367、368、393;二苯乙烯基苯类,如C.I.荧光增白剂199;二苯乙烯基联苯类,如C.I.荧光增白剂378;香豆素类,如C.I.荧光增白剂101。还有二苯乙烯单三唑类,如C.I.荧光增白剂70等。它们性能不同,适用于多种不同类型的塑料。
  In recent years, fluorescent whitening agents for plastics have developed rapidly in China. So far, eight varieties have been put into production. Stilbene monotriazoles, such as C.I. fluorescent whitening agent 70, etc. They have different properties and are suitable for many different types of plastics.

  使用情况:本品可用于聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯等多种塑料的增白和增艳。耐热性能优良。
  Usage: This product can be used for whitening and brightening of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene and other plastics. Excellent heat resistance.
  用量:在聚氯乙烯软质或硬质透明制品中的一般用量为0.02~0.05份,在白色或彩色塑料制品中为0.05~0.5份(最高可达二氧化钛的1/5)。在着色塑料中可提高蓝色、紫色、淡红色颜料的色彩鲜艳度。
