DSD酸酰胺类荧光增白剂的组成
Composition of DSD acid amide fluorescent whitening agents
DSD酸酰胺类荧光增白剂是由DSD酸两侧或单侧与酰胺基团(←NHCO- )衔接,构成结构对称或不对称的一类荧光增白剂。该类荧光增白剂的组成不太杂乱,主要是由DSD酸与一种或多种中间体经过缩合、水解、烷基化等反响制得。
DSD acid amide fluorescent whitening agent is a kind of fluorescent whitening agent with symmetrical or asymmetrical structure, which is composed of two or one side of DSD acid and amide group (NHCO-). The composition of the fluorescent whitening agent is not too messy. It is mainly produced by the reaction of DSD acid with one or more intermediates through condensation, hydrolysis and alkylation.
组成实例:C. I.荧光增白剂30的组成。

操作:将450kgDSD酸加人反响釜中,加水拌和,再加30%的氢氧化钠水溶液拌和溶解。然后在拌和下分批参加370kg异氰酸苯酯进行缩合反响。反响完毕后加人3kg纯碱调理pH值。再加530kg 精盐盐析,冷却,结晶,过滤,真空枯燥。拼混一定数量的元明粉,研磨得产品。
Operation: Add 450 kg DSD acid to the reactor, mix with water, and dissolve with 30% sodium hydroxide solution. Batch reaction of 370kg isocyanate phenyl ester was carried out in batches. After the reaction is finished, add 3kg soda to adjust the pH value. Add 530kg salt salting, cooling, crystallization, filtration, vacuum drying. Mix a certain amount of Glauber's salt to get the product.
组成该产品的中间体异氰酸苯酯毒性大,对皮肤有激烈的刺激性,所以工业出产比较困难,操作时应当心,反响可在二甲苯中进行。
The intermediate of the product, phenyl isocyanate, is highly toxic and irritating to the skin, so it is difficult to produce in industry. It should be operated carefully and the reaction can be carried out in xylene.
组成实例2:荧光增白剂BR(荧光增白剂PBL)的组成。

工艺流程:

操作:将150kgDSD酸加人反响釜中,加碱液,拌和使其溶解,再加人丙酮,接着加人48. 5kg异氰酸苯酯进行缩合反响,反响彻底后,静置、离心过滤得( I )。
